It is with great pleasure that we announce the monthly Full Moon Shambhala Sadhana practice. The Kongma Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche has requested that on or near the full moon, we gather as a community throughout Shambhala.

The Shambhala Sadhana is a powerful practice that deepens our understanding, feeling, and appreciation of the profound and pervasive qualities of basic goodness in ourselves, others, and in society. The view of the sadhana, as the Sakyong has said, is that it is a binding practice for the community.

This Sadhana will take place immediately after morning meditation, in place of a discussion. There is no cost to attend.
