Want to learn how to meditate?  Sign up for our 3 session class held on the first three Tuesday evenings of every month.  In this class we will present and discuss the principles of Shambhala Buddhism and the path towards a meaningful life.  Students are encouraged to use this class as an opportunity to reflect on themselves and the state of the world, and to share their thoughts and reflections with each other.  In the second session, guided instruction in the unique meditation practice of our Shambhala Buddhist tradition will be led by our senior teacher.

In the final session, students will meditate together with a Shambhala Guide who will lead the practice and address specific questions.  Upon completion of the class, students are invited to join us for meditation practice in our main hall every Tuesday evening and Sunday morning.  Students are also encouraged to sign up for our classes and programs in order to deepen their understanding of our meditation tradition.

Suggested donation for the class is $30 for all 3 sessions.

Shambhala always has a generosity policy for its classes. Please pay at the level you can. No one will be turned away for financial reasons.
